I loved everything about this place - from the card & code entrance system to the beautiful and comfortable room. The view from my double superior room with a balcony was absolutely worth the money. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, being close to all the main attractions and also very close to the Metro. Additionally, there were plenty of pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood, making it easy to find delicious food even at night. The staff at the hotel were also super nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was located in a vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms were well-kept and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great, and I could sometimes hear noise from the street or other guests walking by. Moreover, finding the hotel was a bit challenging, even with the exact address.

This hotel is in the heart of the action, making it the perfect choice for exploring the city. The staff were extra friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a private bathroom, good bed, and air-conditioning. Having a balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to soak in the lively atmosphere of the city. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

Great staff, clean and spacious room with air con, balcony and mini fridge. Fantastic location, 10 min walk to shopping street and less than 5 mins to subway station. Will definitely return.

The location was excellent, close to metro stops, lively area with many restaurants, and a short walk to Gran Via. The front desk staff were helpful and gave great tourist tips. The WIFI was reliable and fast.
