I loved everything about this place - from the card & code entrance system to the beautiful and comfortable room. The view from my double superior room with a balcony was worth the money. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to all the main attractions and also very close to the Metro. there were plenty of pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood, making it easy to find delicious food even at night.

The hotel was located in a vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were well-kept and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great, and I could sometimes hear noise from the street or other guests walking by. finding the hotel was a bit challenging, even with the exact address.

This hotel is in the heart of the action, making it the perfect choice for exploring the city. The staff were extra friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a private bathroom, good bed, and air-conditioning. Having a balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to soak in the lively atmosphere of the city. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

The communication with the staff can be challenging, as they may not understand English very well.

Great staff, clean and spacious room with air con, balcony and mini fridge. Fantastic location, 10 min walk to shopping street and less than 5 mins to subway station. Will definitely return.

The location was excellent, close to metro stops, lively area with many restaurants, and a short walk to Gran Via. The front desk staff were helpful and gave great tourist tips. The WIFI was reliable and fast.

I was actually surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Cc Malasana. When my luggage went missing, they took it upon themselves to call the airport and assist in locating it. Their dedication to solving the issue was commendable. as a solo traveler, the room provided was perfect for my needs. It was tiny but clean, with an en suite bathroom. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Cc Malasana for any solo traveler seeking a helpful staff and a great location.

The receptionist at Cc Malasana were very good too assist us when my luggage went missing. She even offered to call the airport on our behalf, showing how helpful and attentive the staff are. The hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. The room was ideal for a solo traveler, clean and with an en suite. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and great location.
